When you book a collection, we ask for your name, email, collection address and postcode, roughly how many bags you have, any notes, and your phone number if you choose to give it. We use these details only to arrange and carry out your collection: to email you a date, a reminder, your arrival window and an update once we have been.
To stop spam bookings we also record the internet address your booking came from. If you reached us through one of our adverts, we note which advert, so we know which ones work.
We do not sell your details and we do not use them for marketing or newsletters.
Our own team, plus the online services that run our booking system and send our emails. They handle your details only on our behalf.
Up to two years after your last collection. After that we delete them.
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies only if you click Accept, to see how people find us and which adverts work. If you click Reject, they are not used. Your choice is remembered in your browser.
You can ask us for a copy of your details, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them at any time. Just email collections@subnex.co.uk. If you are not happy with how we handle your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
